Earlier this month our specialist division delivered a two-day 4x4 training event to our some of our customers from Scotland and North England.
The event took place at the Balgeddie House Hotel in Glenrothes, and the Scottish Off-Road Driving Centre near Strathmiglo in Fife,
The first day consisted of 4x4 product training and market changes, as well as 4x4 driver training techniques.
On day two and driving a mix of old and new Land Rover models, our customer put a range of tyres through their paces, as well testing their own skills on varying off-road tracks.
The tyres tested on the day included Falken Wildpeak AT3WA & MT 01’s, BFG K02’s, General Tire Grabber AT3 & X3’s and Comforser CF1100 All-Terrain Tyre which was new for this course.
The weather on the day was perfect, but in the lead up to the event there had been constant rain which made the course very muddy in places, allowing fantastic conditions for testing tyre performance.
The event was a great success, and all who took part were delighted with all of the tyre performances.
