At MTS we have a zero-tolerance approach to sexual harassment in the workplace. This statement outlines the steps we take to prevent and respond to complaints of sexual harassment.
- All our employees are required to undertake mandatory training on how to recognise and respond to sexual harassment.
- We have a robust policy in place clearly outlining how employees can report complaints of sexual harassment and the steps we take when responding to such complaints.
- We undertake annual risk assessments to identify any roles at risk of sexual harassment, outlining the preventative measures we take to reduce risk.
- We investigate complaints of sexual harassment promptly and thoroughly and take any necessary action.
- We ensure our employees know how and where to access our EAP and Whistleblowing line.
