MTS in partnership with Pirelli held an inaugural golf tournament last week, bringing together staff, partners and dealers from across the UK.
The event took place at West Midlands Golf Club, famous for containing the longest hole in the UK. Ethics and charity were the themes of the day, with donations made to the top three players' charities of choice.
Before the tournament a goody bag made up of products from inspiring and sustainable companies was handed to the players. These included: Brewdog beer (Alcohol free of course), Tony's chocolate, Oddballs socks, and Prostate Cancer pin badges; 580 trees have also been planted (20 per attendee in the MTS digital forest so all can see) via Ecologi in Madagascar.
The participants played Stableford (what's that I hear you say!), and there were some fantastic shots (and some awful ones).
Blue skies and sun greeted the players for the majority of the day, before a torrential downpour hit the course as the final groups tackled the challenging 18th hole.
