Independent tyre dealers in the UK are benefitting from almost 1,000 years of tyre industry experience at Micheldever Tyre Services.

Micheldever’s front line sales, which works directly with independent tyre dealers to support their business needs, has a combined 945 years of industry knowledge and experience. This enables Micheldever to provide a multitude of added value benefits to independent dealers, such as raising their online presence and allowing them to compete for and win online sales.

From a marketing perspective, Micheldever helps build a dealer’s local profile through dedicated postcode analysis, including the demographics of motorists and the age and size of cars and wheels within their area. This enables Micheldever to support dealers to engage in targeted marketing through promotions, leafleting and local advertising.

The support also includes comprehensive training modules delivered by a specialist team, which covers everything from product training to business management customer service. Meanwhile, the premium programmes give them access to exclusive loyalty programmes and premium purchases.

Micheldever recently recognised the long service of three members of staff. Carl Birks (featured in the picture), Matt Whitehead and Neil Schmid have respectively notched up 34, 22 and 20 years.
