Duncan Wilkes appointed CEO at Micheldever Tyre Services

Micheldever Tyre Services Limited has appointed Duncan Wilkes to the position of CEO, effective from the 1 ^st January 2013. Duncan joins Micheldever with substantial experience and expertise of operating at the highest level within the UK automotive aftermarket.

Prior to joining Micheldever Duncan Wilkes was Chairman of Andrew Page Limited, one of the UK’s largest distributors of parts to the independent automotive aftermarket. Prior to this position Duncan led a management buy-in of Nationwide Autocentres in 2006 and continued with the company as CEO following the business being acquired by Halfords in 2010. His experience prior to these positions was Group Managing Director responsible for all business activities at the RAC.

Duncan works closely at Micheldever with the management team together with the venture capital company Graphite Capital and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
