Win the Cost of Christmas Prize Draw 2025 - Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility 

• The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Micheldever Tyre Services Limited, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must purchase a minimum of one (1) Falken tyre and submit their entry online at https://www.falken-tyre.co.uk.
• Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) may be required for verification.
• Only one (1) entry per invoice is allowed, regardless of the number of tyres purchased.

3. Entry Deadline:

• Each valid entry will be included in one (1) of the eight (8) weekly prize draws only, corresponding to the week in which the entry is received and verified. Entries do not roll over to subsequent weekly draws. [For clarity, “week” means [00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday] [local time].]
• All entries must be submitted by 23:59 GMT on 15th November 2025.
• Any Falken tyres purchased after this date will not be eligible for entry.

4. Prize Draw & Winner Selection:

The weekly prize draws will take place on:

• 22nd September, 2025
• 29th September 2025
• 6th October 2025
• 13th October 2025
• 20th October 2025
• 27th October 2025
• 3rd November 2025
• 10th November 2025 and
• 17th November 2025.

· Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

· The winners will be notified by the following Tuesday after the draw, via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

· If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

5. Prizes:

· Weekly prize draw prizes are

o 1st Place: £1000 Love2Shop gift Voucher (1 winner per week).

o 2nd Place: £250 Love2Shop gift Voucher (2 winners per week).

· Vouchers valid for 12 months from issue date

· Vouchers will be supplied as a digital code

6. General Terms:

· The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

· The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

· By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
