Protyre boost online identity with three awards at 2018 UK DX Awards Ceremony

On July 12th, Protyre attended the 2018 Digital Experience Awards at the Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel. The day began with live entry presentations in the morning, followed by a three-course gala lunch and ended with the awards ceremony.

The UK Digital Experience Awards reward the use of digital technology and innovation to improve the customer experience.

Protyre won three awards at the 2018 UK Digital Experience Awards Ceremony recognising the huge collaborative effort from our internal digital marketing team, our web development company, Profound and our digital marketing agency, Koozai, following the launch of the new website in September 2017.

We were absolutely delighted to be awarded with two Gold awards and one Bronze award in the categories below:

  • Digital Team - Transformation: Gold
  • Best Online User Experience - Retail: Gold
  • Use of SEO:  Bronze

This is a fantastic achievement for the retail chain of the Micheldever Group and demonstrates the huge progress that has been made over the last 10 months following the release of the new website.

We are all incredibly proud to have fended off some very recognisable names including; EE, Octopus Energy and The Share Centre, to win two Gold awards. 2018 continues to be a successful year for Protyre, following two further award wins at the PRCA Dare Awards and winning TyreSafe Tyre Retailer of the Year for the 5th year running.
