Protyre Eastleigh, which is part of our retail division, has won global tyre manufacturer Pirelli’s 2016 Retail Standard award.
Protyre Eastleigh, on the Boyatt Wood Industrial Estate, in Eastleigh, received the top score in the Pirelli Performance Centre (PPC) Retail Standard, an annual activity in which the whole network participates.
Stephen Maunder, centre manager, said: “We’ve been a Pirelli Performance Centre for eight years. Centres that are part of this exclusive network are widely regarded as being the cream of the crop in terms of recommending, fitting and balancing high performance tyres, as well as providing first class customer care and attention.
“To be named as the best of these high quality centres is an incredible accolade for us and it’s a testament to our aim of being the local centre motorists can trust. I’m also delighted for my team because they work incredibly hard, every day, to ensure our customers get an honest and open service.”
Pirelli UK Sales Director, Jason Sugden, said: “Congratulations to Protyre Eastleigh on winning the 2016 PPC Retail Standard. The centre demonstrates excellent knowledge and customer service during the mystery shopper exercise, which meant it received the top score in the Retail Standard, a fantastic achievement for the whole team.”
Protyre Eastleigh won the award following a mystery shopping exercise carried out by Pirelli.
