Micheldever Product Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The product promotion is open to all UK residents aged 17 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the product promotion.

2. Upon purchase of 12 of any Falken, Fulda, GT Radial, Sumitomo or Petlas Tyres on a single invoice, during the months of September and October. All orders must be placed with your account manager to qualify.

3. There is no limit to the number of entries.

4. The opening date for entries is 12th September 2023. The closing date of the product promotion is 23.59 on 20th October 2023. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind.

6. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 23rd October("Draw Date").

7. The winner will receive a pair of hospitality tickets for the Man City verses Bournemouth football game on the 4th of November. There are three winning prizes available.

8. The winners will be notified by telephone (using details provided at entry) before the 24th October 2023 and the method of claiming their prize will be agreed. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

10.The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

11.The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the product promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

12.The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails Julie.rushton@micheldever.co.uk or writes to Marketing Dept, Micheldever Tyre Services ltd, Southam Drive, Southam, CV47 0RB (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter - Marketing Dept, Micheldever Tyre Services ltd, Southam Drive, Southam, CV47 0RB. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

13.Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

14.The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

15.Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's https://www.micheldevergroup.co.uk/privacy-policy . See also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.

16.The product promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the product promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

17.This is a promotion by Micheldever Tyre Services Ltd of Micheldever Station, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 3AP.
