Eurogrip ABR Competition

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility·

• The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. 

• Employees of Micheldever Tyre Services Limited and its subsidiaries, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter. 

• To enter, participants must scan the designated QR code at the ABR Festival Event, Ragley Hall, Alcester, Warwickshire B49 5NJ; or as presented on the ABR Festival Competition Business Card. 

• Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. 

3. Entry Deadline:

• All entries must be submitted by 23:59 GMT on Sunday 5th July 2026. 

4. Prize Draw winner and selection

• The prize draw will take place on Monday 6th July 2026, and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 

• The winner will be notified by Tuesday 7th July 206 via the contact details provided at the time of entry. 

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

6. General Terms:

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. 

• The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. 

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or breaches these terms and conditions. 

• The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, network failure, or any other reason beyond its control. 

• Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.  

• This prize draw and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• Marketing will only be conducted on a consent basis as detailed on the competition sign-up form.
